HOTEL ACQUISITION CRITERIA

We are currently seeking:

  • Asset Type: Boutique hotels, motels, and small hospitality properties

  • Size: 20–100 keys

  • Price Range: $2M–$10M

  • Location: Within 3 hours of the San Francisco Bay Area

  • Focus: Value-add, underperforming, or repositioning opportunities

  • Backed by: A community of operators with 40+ hotels owned collectively

  • Mentorship: Actively coached by Rich Somers of Somers Capital — a boutique hotel investor who owns multiple California hotels and oversees a growing hospitality investment fund
